The Library’s annual Winter Reading Clubs for kids, teens and adults began Monday, December 20, and will run through February 13.
Registration for the clubs is open now and participants can log their reading online at parkridgelib.beanstack.org. Kids and teens are challenged to read 20 days between December 20 and February 13 to win a prize book and a ticket for a chance to win a bonus prize. Those who keep reading for 20 more days can collect another ticket for a second chance to win.
Adults are challenged to read for 20 minutes or more for 20 days to earn a ticket to enter into a prize drawing. Adults can earn more tickets for every 10 days after that, up to 4 tickets. Prizes sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
