UPDATE: The work to update our online catalog has been extended through Tuesday, October 1. The catalog is anticipated to be live again by October 2. We thank you for your patience as the Mount Prospect and Waukegan Public Libraries’ catalogs are added to our consortium, offering you access to more materials than ever.
Our online catalog will be down September 28 through 30 while two more libraries are added to our consortium. If you come to the Library and want to borrow materials, please bring your physical library card. We will not be able to access your account information while the system is offline.
During this time, our staff will not be able to provide the following services:
- Check material in
- Look up a library card number
- Check patrons’ records
- Process holds
- Place holds
- Settle bills for damaged or lost items
- Register or renew cards.
Patrons will be able to:
- Use the checkout stations with their library card or Stocard/Keyring
- Pick up and check out holds that were processed before September 28.
You will not be penalized for not returning items due September 28, 29 or 30. If possible, hold on to any library items due until October 1.
The Library will be open and you can still borrow materials in person. Stop in and see us! Please check our website to learn when the catalog is back online Tuesday, October 1.
