The Park Ridge Library will be closed Monday, May 3, through Wednesday, May 5, to allow for the installation of a new electrical service throughout the facility. The work will require the building’s power to be shut off; a generator will power the Library’s server to enable staff to work remotely. 

During this three-day closure, patrons will still be able to access the catalog through the Library website and place holds and schedule contact-free pickup appointments for May 6 or a later date.

Staff will be available via phone, live chat through the website, parkridgelibrary.org, and email to assist patrons from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Book drops will remain open for returning items, and items due on those days will be considered due on May 6.
