The purpose of the Park Ridge Public Library is to advance human knowledge and understanding by providing access to information, literature, technology, and the arts relevant to the community it serves.

VISION STATEMENT

The Park Ridge Public Library will be a gathering place where all citizens are welcome to pursue their interests, expand their ideas, learn new skills, interact with other members of the community, and enhance their quality of life.

TECHNOLOGY VISION STATEMENT

Park Ridge Public Library will utilize appropriate technology to enhance current resources and expand available information. These will be made accessible to Park Ridge citizens both inside and outside the library building.

The library will serve as the gateway to information for Park Ridge citizens, including coordinating development of an interactive community network.
