Reference by Appointment is a service offered to patrons who may need extra help or extra research on a specific topic. If the time for a basic Internet, basic Word, basic Excel or Yahoo email class isn’t convenient for you, call or email us and we can set up a one-on-one appointment for you. Or let us know a topic you need research help on and we will do our best to help you get started. Packaged Information: Pre-packaged and personalized for you
: Currently, we offer three "packages" of information: Starting a Small Business; Diabetes; and Men’s Health. Let a reference librarian know of a topic you wish to gather basic information on, and we will put together a package for you. Presentations for Your Organization: Have a librarian come to your organization’s meeting to talk about what the Reference Department and the library can do for you. We have given Department overview presentations to the morning and afternoon Kiwanis groups. At the Chamber of Commerce’s monthly luncheon held at the Library, we showed some pertinent business databases that could be used from home or office.
