Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS)
The Park Ridge Public Library is a member of RAILS.
You may use your Park Ridge library card to check out materials at any of over 400 public libraries in RAILS and you can return materials at the library where you checked them out or at any other library in RAILS.

RAILS Resource Sharing Policy
RAILS is funded by an annual grant from the Illinois State Library. One of their key roles is to facilitate resource sharing among libraries by managing a delivery service that transports millions of items between libraries each year.
CCS Library Consortium
The Library is a member of the CCS Consortium, a group of 28 public libraries that share the cost and maintenance of an online catalog and circulation system. This means that you can easily search the holdings of all 28 public libraries and place holds on items that the Park Ridge Public Library does not own.
