The Library has two meeting rooms that may be used by nonprofit community groups.  Due to the high demand for these rooms, groups may only use a meeting room once every three months. 

Meeting rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. To reserve a room please call the Library's
Business Office at 847-720-3201, Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Starting September 1 there is a $35 fee for the use of a meeting room.

Meeting Room Policy

 

Lower Level Meeting Room - Seats a maximum of 90 people in a theater style arrangement. Other room arrangements may reduce the seating capacity of the room.

 

 

 

 

 

Third Floor Meeting Room - Seats a maximum of 20 people around a large table.
